Terms of Service

Last updated: April 6, 2026

01 — Service Description

MenuLift Agency ("MenuLift," "we," "us") provides done-for-you digital menu services for restaurants and food businesses. Our services include professional menu photography and visuals, menu description copywriting, print-ready PDF menu layouts, digital QR code menu designs, table tent designs, and platform-optimized image formatting.

All services are delivered digitally. We do not conduct on-site photoshoots or require any software installation on your end.

02 — Order Process & Acceptance

Orders are placed through our secure Stripe checkout. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation with next steps. We will then reach out to collect your existing menu materials — a text list, phone photos, a PDF, or whatever you have.

Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms. We reserve the right to decline any order that falls outside our service scope.

03 — Deliverables & Timeline

All deliverables are sent digitally via email within 3 business days of receiving your menu materials. Deliverables vary by package and are described on our pricing page.

Timelines may extend if we are waiting on materials from you, or during periods of high demand. We will communicate any delays promptly.

04 — Revision Policy

Each package includes 1 round of revisions. A revision round covers adjustments to the delivered assets — such as changes to descriptions, image cropping, or layout tweaks.

Additional revision rounds beyond the included round will be quoted separately and agreed upon before any work begins.

05 — Payment Terms

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Full payment is collected at the time of checkout via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.

Refunds are not available once work on your order has begun. If you need to cancel before we start, please contact us at studio@menulift.ca and we will do our best to accommodate.

06 — Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive full commercial usage rights to all delivered assets. This means you can use, reproduce, and distribute the images, copy, and layouts across any medium — print menus, your website, delivery apps, social media, Google Business, and any other platform.

MenuLift retains the right to display delivered work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.

07 — Limitation of Liability

MenuLift's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost revenue or business opportunities.

08 — Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
